This website and the archive service are operated by Lion, LLC ("we", "us"). References to Exit Archive mean Lion, LLC doing business under that name.

What we collect

When you submit the Get Started form we collect your name, email address, and the details you provide about your QuickBooks Online companies. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and deliver the service.

Your QuickBooks data

To build your archive, you grant us accountant-user access to your QuickBooks Online company. We access your books read-only, produce your archive, and deliver it to you. We remove our working copy after you confirm receipt, except where you engage us to retain an off-site backup copy.

What we don't do

We do not sell your information. We do not share your financial data with third parties except the service providers used to operate this site and deliver your archive.
